1. SCOPE

This policy covers personal information we process when you use our website, make a reservation, communicate with us, or stay at one of our retreats. All of that counts as our "Services."

2. PERSONAL INFORMATION WE COLLECT

We gather info in three ways: directly from you, automatically as you use our site, and sometimes from other sources. A. What You Tell Us Reservations. Booking a retreat means we get your name, email, phone, dates you're coming, any dietary restrictions, and accessibility needs so we can assign you the right pavilion and plan meals accordingly. When you reach out. Contact us with a question and we're collecting your email, name, and whatever you wrote. If you're cool with it, we might add you to our mailing list. Payment stuff. We don't actually handle your card details directly—that's all on third-party payment processors. Other ways. Guest surveys, feedback forms, emails back and forth—all of that can add information to what we know about you. B. What We Pick Up Automatically Your IP address, what device and browser you're using, which pages you visit, how you navigate the booking process—we collect all that. Cookies and analytics tools help us see how people move through the site. C. Information from Other Places Sometimes booking platforms or referral sites share info about you with us, depending on what privacy settings you've chosen there.

3. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

We use what you share to: — Handle your reservation and make sure your stay goes smoothly; — Answer your questions and support you as a guest; — Watch for fraud and keep operations secure; — Make our retreats better over time; — Tell you about availability and seasonal updates, as long as you've said yes to that; — Meet legal and tax requirements. Marketing emails are optional. Want to stop getting them? Just let us know (see Section 13). Emails about your actual reservation will keep coming regardless.

4. HOW WE DISCLOSE YOUR INFORMATION

Your information might go to: — Companies that help us run things like hosting, payments, and customer support; — Partners we work with on shared accommodations or services; — Police or government agencies if the law requires it or there's a safety concern; — Whoever takes over the business if we merge, sell, or transfer assets.

5. YOUR PRIVACY CHOICES AND RIGHTS

Email Communications. There's an unsubscribe link in every marketing email. But we'll still send you stuff about your reservation and operations—that doesn't go away. Cookies. Your browser settings let you control cookies, though turning them off might make parts of the site harder to use. What You Can Ask For. Depending on where you live, you might be able to: — Get a copy of your personal information; — Ask us to fix or delete your data; — Say no to certain types of processing or take back your consent; — Get your data in a portable format. Want to make one of these requests? Contact us in Section 13.

6. SECURITY OF YOUR INFORMATION

We use reasonable safeguards to keep your information safe from people who shouldn't see it. That said, nothing's perfect. If something does get breached, we'll tell you the way the law says we have to.

7. INTERNATIONAL DATA TRANSFERS

We might move your data to the US or other countries where privacy laws aren't the same as where you live. We do our best to protect it in line with what the law requires.

8. RETENTION OF PERSONAL INFORMATION

We hang onto your information as long as we need it to run the business, fulfill what this policy says we do, handle refunds or complaints, and stay on the right side of the law.

9. SUPPLEMENTAL NOTICE FOR CALIFORNIA RESIDENTS

If you're in California, this part applies to your information under the CCPA. We collect things like your name and contact details, booking and payment records, and notes about accessibility or sensory preferences. We share that with payment processors, service providers, and people we work with to run operations. We don't "sell" your information, and that goes for anyone under 16 too. You have the right to exercise your CCPA rights without us punishing you for it. To make a request, get in touch (see Section 13) with your name and email.

10. SUPPLEMENTAL NOTICE FOR NEVADA RESIDENTS

Under Nevada law, we don't sell personal information. If you have questions about that, reach out as described in Section 13.

11. CHILDREN'S INFORMATION

Our retreats and website aren't set up for kids under 13, and we don't knowingly collect info from them. If we find out we've collected something from a child that young, we delete it and close any account tied to it. Parents or guardians concerned about this can contact us (see Section 13).
